REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:  A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Gamerz Lounge Gaming Trailer reservation.  There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received.  NO REFUND in the event of reservation being cancelled within 14 days of your event.  Gamerz Lounge Gaming Trailer will make every effort to postpone your event, with no penalty, to another date should cancellation be necessary.

PRIVACY POLICY:  Gamerz Lounge is committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect on the website to make bookings with Gamerz Lounge as soon as possible to meet all of your expectations to provide a great experience.  We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.  Your personal information will not be shared or used outside of Gamerz Lounge official business.

TRAVEL/FUEL SURCHARGE:  A Travel surcharge may be applied for locations in excess of 25 miles from the 36106-zip code.  With the rising cost of fuel in today’s society, we have been forced to impose this Surcharge.  We thank you for your understanding and patience as we navigate this situation.

BAD WEATHER:  The Gamerz Lounge Mobile Gaming trailer was built for all types of weather conditions.  The trailer is insulated, and climate controlled with heating and air conditioning.  There may be instances when the weather does not align with the perfect party conditions, so in the event of inclement weather (lightning, high winds, flooding and/or heavy rains, snow or ice) we reserve the right to reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you and your guests, our staff and equipment.  In the event of threat of storms interfere with your event you are award in advance 

(pending or anticipated snow, ice, tropical storm, hurricane or tornadic activity), please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN:  Gamerz Lounge does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or just outside of the trailer at all times.  Guest 16 and over require a parent or guardian on the property of the location of the event should a need to contact the game coach arise.

ALCOHOL/DRUGS:  You may serve alcohol at a Gamerz Lounge event or party; however, we may require on-site security surcharge and/or security deposit when alcohol is being served.  We do however reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut an event short or booking when alcohol is being served.  Drugs of any sort is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in or around Gamerz Lounge equipment.  Any observation of the use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in immediate termination of the event.

DAMAGE/INJURY:  Gamerz Lounge and any of our employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request of the client to position the trailer in a specific location.  This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damages.  Additionally, Gamerz Lounge reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from carelessness or willful damage by the client or guests.  Gamerz Lounge or their employees assume not responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location.  All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

 

FOOD/DRINK:  Gamerz Lounge does not allow any food or drinks in the gaming theater.  Please have all guest consume their food and beverages prior to entering or provide a location for the to be stored outside of the theater.

PICTURES:  While your party is in progress the Game Coach will be taking pictures of the party from inside and outside of the gaming trailer.  You will be able to view these pictures on Gamerz Lounge Facebook page as well on Instagram.  You make copy them and paste them for your personal files.  Should you choose for the Game Coach to not post pictures on the Fan Page please notify us via email prior to your party.  We provide this service to our guests so that you may capture these moments while the party is in progress.

TIPS:  The Game Coach is there to ensure your guest receive the most from their experience.  He/She tutors, guides and entertains the guests.  Tipping for great service is an option, but not required. 

​

OUR TRUCK/TRAILER:  When our truck pulls up, we will make every effort to park in the most level and flat area or logical location available to accommodate the event.  Sometimes, we may have to park in your neighborhood on the street, if we do, please inform your neighbors so they are aware.  We make efforts to not block driveways but sometimes it may not be avoided.  Our Game Coach will not park in any location that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment.  Our truck and trailer combination are lengthy, and we will need approximately 55 feet of space to park.  Our Game Coach will never disconnect the trailer from the truck at a party/event without prior approval nor park off a hardened service.

 

VIDEO GAME RATINGS:  Gamerz Lounge Mobile Gaming will not play any “M” rather or “V” rated games in the gaming theater if specified by adult approval prior to the party/event.  Please email gamerzlounge0@gmail.com indicating the game/games you prefer or inform the Game Coach as soon as we arrive.  It is also recommended that all clients email Gamerz Lounge Mobile Gaming with the game requests.
